AUAULocation was excellent
Bit cleaner there was chips out of the walls and looked very old and not well maintained. Air conditioner on higher floor dripped onto the cover of the bedroom window which was quite noisy when trying to sleep.
Was close to tram and shops
Apart from an empty bottle of wine lying in the cupboard, a really dirty sock shoved in the side of the lounge, and food under the lounge, it was clean. Overall it was very nice place to stay
