AUIt was clean and tidy . Nice and quiet just what I needed
We had a fantastic stay at Aruba Beach Resort during our visit to Broadbeach. The location truly can’t be beaten — just a 1-minute walk and you're right in the heart of all the shops, cafes, and the beautiful beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. While the resort is a little older, it’s well-maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a separate kitchenette that came in very handy, and a large walk-in wardrobe/storage area that really added to the sense of space. We also appreciated the lounge and TV area, which made it feel more like a home away from home. Just a heads-up: there’s no lift/elevator, so if you have mobility concerns, it’s a good idea to request a ground-floor unit when booking. Overall, Aruba Beach Resort is a great value, perfectly located, and a lovely base for a Broadbeach escape. We would definitely stay here again!
Overall the area was great. But no shampoo or conditioner supplied. No soap holder in the shower was weird had to keep putting the soap on the floor. Only 2 little long Life milks supplied for a 2 night stay so couldn't even have coffee.

TV hardly worked Smelt very musty
AUWe arrived and place was filthy. Walls all had gunk and balcony had spilled drinks, leaves and cogerette ash over one, mould and water from air con on other with dirty plastic table and chairs. The walls have gaps between walls and floor that need sealing. The actual layout is awesome and great location the only issue was the cleanliness. Needs a good bond clean and new couches as we sank sitting in them. Only stayed one of the intial 6 night stay and requested refund. The manager was very lovely and said ahe’d send cleaners around following day but we opted to leave after seeing a few cockroaches. She was helpful and lovely. For the same price you can stay at a modern clean place. This room could be sweet if cleaner and new couches. Bed also wasnt comfortable ans pillows too high.

JELillian was very helpful when I called her for advice. The apartment was within easy reach of the beach and central to shops in broadbeach. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets and pillow cases. The microwave and kettle worked perfectly well. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot.
Had to buy washing up liquid and wash up dishes in bathroom sink. Key was sticky on the front gate lock. No lift which wasn’t too much of a problem because I’m pretty fit.
