Very helpful staff. Good clean room

Unique room layout was a nice surprise. Coffe still hot in the evening was nice

I stayed here due to a hospitalization of my husband. Conveniently located by the hospital. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast in the morning is always a plus. Very clean and quiet.

The pool needed needed better maintenance as it seemed to have broken jets for the hot tub and waterfalls for the kids pool. No one checked on the pool towels until was asked. My allergies kicked in due to the room. Not sure where it came from but something made it act up whether it was was from previous pet dander or dust mites?

Not enough lighting in pool area

For being a Hampton it was not as clean as one would think. Fan in bath room was caked with dust bathroom shower curtain was ripped. You would think that you would feel it should be clean but it wasn’t .

This was one of the only hotels available with a children’s swim area. We entered and there was a man playing very loud music with vulgar language, drinking alcohol out of a glass bottle. This was no family friendly and was quite terrifying for my children and found it difficult to enjoy our time. I did mention this to the front desk lady and she was rude to me and said he was fine to be doing what he was doing. The whole experience was awful.
