Hampton Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center

Location good.

Air conditioner didn't work well, tub didn't drain, comforter was dirty with blood stain, coffee pot missing filter housing so couldn't even make coffee in the room, remote to TV was on the floor. Lady who checked us in didn't even tell us what room we were in- we had to ask. She also failed to mention spare key needed to be inserted into the card reader to make the AC work. We discovered this on our own. Room was like an oven when we walked in. They didn't even cool down the room, knowing we were coming.

I arrived back in Fargo on a late flight after returning from a few month long work assignment. I had arranged a reservation at the Hampton because of usually good experiences with the brand, and they met and exceeded my expectations. The biggest plus to my stay was that the desk clerk was very efficient in checking me in, whole process took maybe 30 seconds! Arriving past midnight, I was very appreciative she had prepped everything. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. This is ultimately all I cared about on this quick overnight. However, was an extremely minor item I noticed. I was slightly surprised by the small, no-brand hand soap in the bathroom. Hampton Inn always has been consistent in providing quality toiletry items. Overall, this stay was everything I needed it to be.

Beds were hard ,breakfast food was cooked terribly, it was dried out and overcooked.

Wow, gone way down hill in a year. Checked in on the Hilton App. Went to our room, and there was a dirty towel still hanging in the Bathroom. Bed Mattress well worn in. water pressure with the low flow shower heads, terrible. Breakfast was a flyby. Flew past what was offered, and kept on going. Coffee, just colored water. I used to like Hamptons, and this property, too bad.

Very clean and comfortable beds great location

The hotel was in rough shape, elevators were filthy, common areas quite beat up Our bedding had blood stains all over it it was gross!!!

The property its self was great. Check in was a nightmare. We booked through Expedia and Expedias card was declined so it took us roughly 45 minutes to check in. At 10 pm with a young child it was rough.

It was very noisy all night. When we got there no one was around for 15 minutes. Your pillows are too tiny, the base of the shower was gross, there was stuff that comes off but no one cleaned it. The bed sheets had a big stain as soon as I folded the comforter down. Your breakfast was bad and messy.
