Central… v comfortable .. very clean …wonderful Genuine Irish hospitality… not a modern hotel more traditional furniture decor etc but everything you need

No bar no restaurant open until May .. disappointing but helpful directions to places for drinks n meals

Ann Marie was just brilliant, nothing was any trouble.

Only something minor but the rooms lacked sockets

Accommodation is dated, cold and in need of maintenance and/or renewal. i.e. Enamel in bath is chipped and the single radiator in the room is rated for a room approximately a quarter the size. Additional Electric portable heater automatically switches off after an hour. We telephoned Reception on three occasions but received no answer. We telephoned the 'Emergency' number once and still no answer. The hotel describes itself in glowing terms as 'luxurious'. It's certainly not. Our stay in the Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare on the following night was luxurious and only cost thirty euros more. For 180 Euros per night the Glengarriff Park Hotel is not even 'adequate'.

I loved where it was in Glengarriff.
