"disappointing and seriously overpriced"

The hotel is tired and shabby, having been converted , I understood, from housing refugees for pas few years. There are very few staff. The food is what i would call "canteen" standard and to be avoided. It does not quality for 3 stars in any way.

On checking I was never asked if I had enjoyed my stay or if everything was OK. Too long servicing refugees. I think. Now back to the hotel business...

"The hotel exceeded our expectations for a two-night stay."

Location was perfect. You walk across the street to catch the ferry to Garinish Island or stroll around Bantry Bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Ann Marie, who knows everything, including how to find my grandmother’s old neighborhood.

Bathrooms could use some updates.
