كل شي ممتاز الفندق رقم واحد من كل النواحي مقارنه بجميع فنادق تركيا لكن المشكله شي واحد موظف الاستقبال الي سوالنا الدخول وثاني يوم موجود جداً قليل الادب مع العرب وبالاخص الكويستيين مع العلم الفندق ٨٠٪؜ كويتيين واشتكيت عليه غيره باقي الموظفين والمدراء روعه
