Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa

It was a good and comfortable stay.

I arrived at the hotel in the morning and was told that there are no rooms available only at 15.00. I was offered a room that cost 80 euros for a few hours until my room became vacant. It felt like everything we asked for cost extra, no service. I asked for 2 plates and a fork for my room, we wanted to eat in the room and also for that they asked for a rental fee. This is outrageous. The walls in the rooms were thin and we heard the noise and the TV from the neighbor to the room. Reasonable breakfast and no more. In short not recommended at all. Expensive place without any consideration

Very close to the autogar. Will be close to the new light rail system bursa is building. Staff were amazing. Veey clean and amazing views of tge city and tge mountains.

I had a lunch in Italian restaurant, the food was good but was not as typical Italian food taste. I think you need a good Italian chef.

Food served in restaurant is quite delicious, (lunch & dinner). Breakfast was very std due to pandemic reasons

dinner waiters took too long to attend, at one point had to leave the dining area because was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come and take the order

Amazing

Nice comfortable beds. Spacious room and nice mountain views. The Brasserie restaurant was open 24 hours which was convenient. Cleaning service was not so good. I could see the same rubbish during my 2 night stay in the lobby or the corridors.

This was the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed. This hotel is supposed to be “Convention Center and Spa” , but their indoor pool, Spa and convention center was closed due to the Covid. The problem is I was never informed about it while reservation or check-in! I needed to use computer and computer room was closed. Then they somehow allowed me to use it but then internet didn’t work. If I can’t use any of thise facilities what is the point of staying in a such an expensive hotel which is not even at a good location. Furhtermore, the housekeeping was upon a request due to covid and I was not informed about that too. After a long day, I came back to my room and found it as it is. They just said that they forgot to give that info. In addition to this. They don’t allow you bring a food from outside and they ask you to order food from their restaurant if you are hungry. That’s just funny.

The hotel was super clean. COVID precautions were very well maintained.
