The location of the property couldn’t have been better. The hotel itself is very clean and well appointed and maintained. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent.

Good location. Friendly welcoming check in with Juan upon arrival.

Very noisy at night with DJ/music/guests and outdoor noise, difficult to sleep. Unfortunately extremely rude and dismissive female staff members at reception. We were staying three nights to celebrate a 40th birthday- never acknowledged despite multiple requests.

"Lovely location in old Palma, friendly people."

The location, architecture, roof terrace, the courtyard. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

The very bad smell of sewers in the room. We were staying on the 5th floor. The staff cleaned and bleached the room but the smell returned through the air conditioning- awful. Switched aircon off but the room was then very warm during the night.
