House Keeping räumt etwas zu viel rum (Hat Zimmerkarte entfernt), Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und hell (Türspalt muss zur Verdunklung mit Handtüchern abgedeckt werden)

Excellent room Breakfast super

For a two night stay for two people costing 600 euros I did not appreciate only having 2 coffee pods per day and then being asked to pay a 4 euro charge to have some milk. People drink milk in their hot drinks! This was petty and not customer focused policy.

Staff was very nice and helpful especially Ana who greeted me with a smile a Cava. Breakfast is delicious and roof terrace a perfect retreat.

I liked everything about it - will be back!

First off - we had a problem on our first night as the air conditioning was making knocking noises all night. In the morning I spoke to reception and they told me that they would move us. A little later Esther upgraded us to a beautiful Suite for the next 4 nights of our stay. We were disappointed by the first night but the hotel more than redeemed themselves with the upgrade. They were very professional professional. The breakfast is fantastic and the bar is great too. Puro Oasis is in a superb location, right near all the main things to see as well as great restaurants and cafes.

It was a shame that we couldn't use the beach club as we had hoped to get the hotel shuttle and have a swim but it turns out that you actually have to rent a sunbeds for the day and buy a whole lot of food and drink as there is a minimum charge. Instead be took a local bus to Playa Major and had lunch and a swim there. Unfortunately the trip was ruined by a super crowded bus with no air conditioning on the return trip. Never mind - we had a fantastic stay overall!

Very comfortable bed and beautifully renovated old building in a very central location.

Flott beliggenhet, velkomstdrink+ gratis bobler og vann på rommet. God service. Veldig fin frokost med både vin og bobler inkludert tilgjengelig til 11.30 Flotte omgivelser, deilig seng, takterrasse, veldig fin beach Club med transfer.

Likte alt unt at tilgang til brach Club var avhengig av hvor man hadde bestilt opphold??? Dårlig politikk Matpakke vi fikk ved tidlig avreise var ikke frokosten verdig.
