Excellent location in the beautiful city of Palma. We received an exceptionally warm welcome with a refreshing glass of cava (every hotel in a holiday destination should follow teir example). The breakfast was great, and the rooftop chillout area is a perfect spot to relax. The staff were very helpful. I needed assistance with printing my research proposal, and they went out of their way to help.

I could use some additional shelves in the bathroom to store my things.
