"Happy hour they insisted on serving both drinks at once which meant the second drink was ruined. Bad customer experience"

I’ve stayed here 5 times before. I was disappointed that this time during the happy hour they insisted I had to receive both drinks at once. In 34 degree heat, it meant the second drink was ruined with melted ice by the time I started to drink it. Every other time I’d stayed here they were accommodating and would serve the second drink after I’d drank the first. Baring in mind the prices of the rooms has increased, this little thing, for a 5 star hotel that by Philippines standards is expensive, frustrated me as I felt it didn’t cost them anything to simply serve my second drink 15 minutes later, and by insisting on serving both at once it became a bad customer experience.

The property didn’t have a hot tub. It was very bizarre but you couldn’t bring in outside food and worst thing is the picture of the beach must’ve been CGI because it was awful but the staff was fantastic. Pool her great Wi-Fi was good and the air conditioning was great.

"Perfect Stay at Henann Comfort, Location, and Great Breakfast"

I had a wonderful stay at Henann Resort Alona Beach for the second time. The location is perfect so everything is accessible just by walking. stay was comfortable in general , facilities are well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help.. One highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of choices, everything fresh and delicious, and the dining staff made sure the experience was smooth every morning. Overall, Henann was the ideal base for my trip with my family combining comfort, convenience. Highly recommended, and I’d be happy to stay here again!
