Posizione centralissima, Colazione fai da te con tutto il necessario in camera. Pulizia perfetta.

Tutto, un po' scomodo il parcheggio ma del resto in centro non si può chiedere di più.

Struttura posta al centro storico, accogliente e con staff molto disponibile. Servizio di riordino della camera giornaliero pienamente soddisfacente. L'appartamentino assegnatomi e' dotato di un piccolo terrazzino molto piacevole per trascorrere un poco di tempo all'aria aperta. Letto comodissimo.

Nulla di negativo ma proprio per volere essere pignoli il cucinino mancava della fornitura di qualche tovagliolo.

This may be the best place to stay in Verona. I was upgraded to an apartment,and my room was ready early. The location in the historic center can't be beat. I could walk to every sight and shopping. The Relais is just off a street that is already quiet. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, and the kitchenette well equipped. I'm elderly and keep early hours, so I liked that my room was done in the morning. I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I really enjoyed my stay and would book this place again.

OK. This is petty. I guess tacky people steal hangers, so hotels have to use those ones permanently attached to the rod. They are a kind of a pain to use, but I managed.

Great location just off the main shopping street and close to the amphitheatre. Lovely big room with very comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Small kitchen area in the room.

Nothing bad to say. The lift could be a bit quicker :)

What an absolute gem in the middle of Verona. The staff was top notch wonderful, friendly and helpful. I loved looking from the balcony down on the shops and people below. We slept like babies. Next trip to Verona, we will be staying there again.
