Location was amazing and great value for money

The man in the room next door was constantly smoking weed and unfortunately no staff in hotel to mention this to.

The view was amazing, and liked having a balcony. Fairly good sized room. The bed was very large, but a very firm mattress, ok if you like that. It was quiet, despite being on the main seafront road. Good check in instructions, as no reception.

The room could do with a deep clean, the carpet was very grubby and quite a few cobwebs. The whole hotel could do with a deep clean as cobwebs and grubby areas throughout. Despite booking a deluxe room, the shower wasn't attached to the wall,so was basically a hand held shower, which proved tricky as a very small shower cubicle. Would stay again if these areas were dealt with.

Great location and value for money, room was clean and staff were very friendly, brought breakfast to our room each morning! We were right on the seafront and near to the centre so was perfect for beach walks and exploring the South Downs!

No staff to book in or greet you on arrival just a intercom with a chap that I couldn't understand very well wasn't told this when I booked nor was I told when booked that main door locked at 10pm I had to cut my show and meeting of friends short so tha5 I could be back and not locked out not happy at all about this no where does it say this or that it's unmanned the place was life less to top it off the television couldn't get any channels I had to tune tv in myself good job I knew how to do it or id have no tv I wouldn't recommend this place if your planning a night out im very unhappy about this as I only found out in a text message on day of arrival no staff to help in any situation on site stay well clear of this place
