We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel We booked the Queen Suite 4th floor and a twin room on the 2nd floor. both lovely Queens Suite, very spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job every single day. Great views. The location of this hotel is very good it's perfectlv situated right between the busy Market Square and the Jewish Quarter making it so easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. The front desk staff were also a great always friendly, polite and helpful, whenever we needed anything. My only disappointment was the breakfast. We had paid for breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately we didn't actually get to eat it. Our booked day tours had very early morning starts and because breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 AM. we had to leave before it started. If you are planning early excursions like Auschwitz or the Salt Mines), just keep this timing in mind. Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel with good service We would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely Hotel in Great Location"

Just returned from a great stay in this lovely hotel. Location is excellent as easy access to both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Room was very spacious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a real treat (they even made us a packed breakfast to take with us when our trip was starting early) but the best bit has to be the staff especially on reception. They were welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

Vynikající bohaté snídaně, exkluzivní degustační večeře oceněná Michelinem . Velká koupelna, kvalitní středně tvrdé matrace v manželské posteli. Hotel v blízkosti historického centra, kam lze dojít pěšky.

Hluk z ulice v pokoji s okny do ulice. Nedá se parkovat autem hned vedle hotelu, ale hotel nabízí soukromé placené parkoviště cca 350 m od hotelu.

Me gustó todo, la habitación era linda y cómoda, todo muy limpio, el personal muy atento nos ayudaron, el desayuno era muy variado. Muy bien ubicado estaba muy cerca a los sitios turísticos. Me gustó mucho el hotel, lo recomiendo 100%
