"Great hotel in a central position with very friendly staff"

The hotel is well situated for the sights of Krakow in between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast choices. Great that they will provide a breakfast pack up for early trips such as Auschwitz. Enough for breakfast and lunch! Room clean and beds comfortable with a choice of pillows (just request). Book direct with the hotel for best rates. Highly recommend. Suggestion - the black stairs to the dining area need white edging on all of them, not just the top 4. It’s a low lighting area and a trip hazard not being able to identify all of the stairs as I found out.

We stayed at this hotel and it is centrally located between the old town and the Jewish Quarters. You can easily walk to both. The room was large and we had a balcony with a view of the castle. The breakfast was very good with a large variety. Staff were all friendly and very helpful to arrange taxi and tours.
