Fantastic location and such lovely accommodation

Lovely room. Staff exceptional. 10 minute walk from castle.

Internet a bit iffy. Mattress bit hard for me.

Great hotel for a short break. Staff are welcoming and happy to please, especially those working at breakfast (which is great by the way, and in a amospheric room in the vaults). Top location between Kazimierz and the old town, all easy to walk to - Krakow seems to have pedestrian priotity at crossings, and pretty much everyone follows the rules. Only minor wish would have been a small bar, its only a restaurant in the evening, so if you do want a late drink, its the mini bar (or grab some wine, although its pretty basic) from the shop up the road.

Great boutique hotel Delightful staff, spotless throughout, fabulous breakfast and ideal location half way between the old town and the Jewish quarter. What’s not to like !

My husband and I had a lovely six-night stay at Queen Boutique Hotel! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful and there were SO many fresh, diverse items on the buffet, as well as made to order omelets, which we enjoyed daily. I cannot stress enough the awesome location of Queen Boutique Hotel - so close to the center of town, as well as the Jewish Quarter. You can easily walk anywhere within about 15 minutes. Some of the best restaurants we visited (Starka, Noah) were a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The front desk staff workers were all professional, especially Bartosz, who was not only charming and kind, but always willing to help and advise. He is a star employee and a real asset to this hotel! When we return to Krakow, we will absolutely stay here again! Great place for a holiday and reasonable rates too.

Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemny dla oka wystrój, bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo smaczne śniadanie jak i drinki (% i 0%) :) Wbrew opiniom, że jest głośno (pokój z widokiem na ulicę jak większość) - po zamknięciu okien można korzystać z pokoju bez problemu. W mojej ocenie cisza. Jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje spać przy otwartym oknie to nie może być wrażliwy na dźwięki ulicy. W nocy spokojnie, ale od wczesnego ranka może być słychać tramwaje. W pokoju dostępne są zatyczki.
