Every aspect of the unit was above average. However, the beds are far too high for a short disabled person, I had to use a chair to get on the bed.

Best hotel in the city by far

This place exceeded our expectations. Was spotless and the breakfast in the morning was top notch. The staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. Very customer service oriented which is rare. We did not see a single staff member on their phone. Also extremely rare. We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and well situated on the river pathway so can walk everywhere! The staff are welcoming and gracious. The suites have every possible luxury including top end espresso makers, bathrobes, soft sheets, comfortable beds, L’Occitane bath products, and very comfortable beds. We had a balcony and river view. And the breakfast which is included, is delicious with a chef to prepare your eggs to order! One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in!

Room was great - very comfortable bed and well Appointed with a great view

No amenities - except for breakfast (which was great). The lounge wasn’t available until 4pm - I wasn’t allowed to welcome my granddaughter with my son there in the lounge at 4pm. We had to go elsewhere. In room dining had limited service hours - not available until 4pm. There was no pool and there were no spa services - for Saskatoon, I didn’t feel the price offered good value - because of the lack of these amenities you couldn’t call this a luxury hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was excellent. The room was amazing over looking the river. It included breakfast which was cook to order. Just excellent Definitely would stay here again
