"Not value for money."

Over priced. Not particularly great value for money but it is convenient and an ok hotel. Charged me extra for having two cups of coffee even though breakfast was included. Apparently you can only have one per cup. Water also comes at an extra charge.

Lovely staff and spacious rooms. Room needs a little tlc (refresh paint and tighten toilet screws as it moves A little when sat on). But overall pleasant one night stay

"Great customer service but hotel getting tired"

Hotel manager gave the best customer service and so did members of staff but I'm afraid it still isn't great value for money. That said, the Nelson Mandela suite is one of the best rooms I have stayed in a while other than that other amenities in the hotel need to up their game for me to rate this a 5-star

"Business Trip"

Hotel is friendly and service excellent. Stay was comfortable and rooms are nice and big. The area was ideal for my business stay. Will book here again next time I travel.
