Very nice Boutique Hotel with excellent restaurant. The staff was very helpful and would go out of their way to assist whenever possible.

Stayed for one night, during my stay the hotel staff were great, always ready to help with a smile on their faces.

They don't pay attention to the customer and their service they have a very modern and luxurious rooms and interior but very below average service!!! I stayed in their presidential suite for 3 nights and it felt like I was in a motel!!! Their services were basic and not up to word class standards!! They need to think about the customers experience than their rooms

It's a very beautiful and quiet place, made to have some cool temperature condition around the sitting areas even when the weather is hot.... They have very nice staff and very welcoming reception.

My wife and I wanted second honeymoon chose villa . We really enjoyed the comfortable feel and no push or rush.quiet atmosphere . Our meals and room service were excellant. All in all it was very pleasant.

Fabulous!!!! Well-appointed, terrific location, great food and fabulous service!!!! I must give special mention and thanks to certain staff members who assisted with my luggage dilemma: Matilda - for her tireless calls to the airport, Kojo - for his high level of patience, Kingsley - who took the majority of the day to assist at the airport and help me purchase necessary items. It is very rare that one experiences such high levels of service from a hotel, and I am very thankful for everyones kindness. If I have the opportunity to return to Accra, Villa Monticello will be my only choice.
