Hotel Hacienda Vallarta - Playa Las Glorias

Tomorrow we find the beach! The hotel is super cute and clean with a lovely pool and friendly staff.

They would not accept my online reservation from booking.com. they denied it and the reservation was non refundable.

Very nice people. The real Mexican experience. The front desk people spoke quite a bit of English, better than our Spanish. More fun than an all inclusive. Walk the neighbourhood for some good coffee and fun meals . The rooms have AC and there is a nice pool in a beautiful courtyard . We had a great stay.

The property could be a good choice but it seems like the workers don’t care. My room had no towels and when I asked for them they looked very surprised. Place needs an uplift

Any issues were resolved quickly & staff was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay & will definitely return next year!

The room was covered with black mold and the smell was really bad.

The staff were friendly and walktable to the beach. The room definitely in need upgraded. It got dirty walls, dirty sheets, dirty pillow cases and extremely poor facilities. The water came out rusty brown. All remotes were also poorly functional. The photos were inaccurate by property website.

The stay was pleasant but could improve. Coffee is offered in the morning which is great but milk or cream would be nice as well. A fridge in the room would also be welcomed

This hotel is a clean, quiet place to stay.
