The Charlie Hotel

What a beautiful place in a stunning location, short walk to the heart of Melrose. Fully equipped rooms with kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, the works and all with fab furniture, decor and comfort. A protected parking lot as well, behind the gates, perfect.

Lovely, intimate, secluded property. Spacious accommodation. Helpful staff. Quite an experience...old Hollywood glam with Millenium fixtures and conveniences.

The Charlie is a treasure.

Excellent stay - More than we expected!!

Great place! I wish I knew more about the place itself. No mention of breakfast and I was so surprised coffee wasn’t included. Coffee should be free.

The staff and management were excellent. They were very accommodating. You could call it a home away from home.

Beautiful property with exceptional charm! I have been here many times, and always enjoy the ambience, decor and location. Unfortunately, The Charlie didn’t remember to record that I had already paid through Travelocity, and they charged me a higher rate for the room (an extra $300 over what I had paid on Travelocity).....I am still working to settle it.

What a find! Unexpected, cozy compound on a quiet street in west hollywood. Once through the gate, you enter a private world. Fountains, beautiful landscaping, outdoor fireplace and a furnished deck. We were upgraded to Betty room, a 1 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, and decorated in retro hollywood glamor. Only negatives were all day construction noise next door. And a $35 a day parking fee that was not mentioned on our confirmation, which we avoided by parking on the street. All together, a wonderful stay in walking distance of great restaurants and shops.
