"A Hidden Gem in the City"

What a charming and peaceful small boutique hotel! Taking a walk along the stone paths surrounded with trees and lush vegetation within the confines of this small property, you would never know you were in a city. The rooms are huge by modern hotel standards. We had one of the smallest units yet had a full kitchen, separate living room, and even washer & dryer in unit. Bed with ample pillows was comfy. I had to request late check-in and they emailed me detailed instructions on how to gain access. The property is secured with code access pedestrian gate and parking area, so I felt very safe staying here. I will stay here again!

It was a confusing check in. The office closes at 5 so if you have a late flight it’s difficult to check in. Call ahead for instruction.It’s also a touch run down but very clean. The beds comfortable and I felt safe. Neighborhood is fantastic! Quiet and close walking to Great stores and restaurants. Nice staff too!

"Great location!!! "

We stayed a week in the 2 bedroom Clark unit We were only disappointed by the look of the place it’s pretty run down not luxurious as advertised in their website and shown in photos. The hotel ground is lovely and very quiet almost secluded which made the stay very nice and I would recommend it for those reasons The outdoor space and the unit were very spacious so lots of good things we like. The hotel is beautiful but needs some love and lots of maintenance. It’s really a shame because it has the potential of being really a beautiful place and the location is amazing in Melrose neighborhood you can get the sense of living like a local there bc you don’t feel like you are in a hotel.
