Sempati Apart Hotel

I stayed at Sempati Apart Hotel and liked everything about it. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well equipped — instead of a gas stove, there's an electric one, which worked fine. All the necessary detergents were provided. The place is quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. The free beach is about 500 meters away. There are BIM and Migros supermarkets nearby for groceries. The administrator also recommended good and affordable places to eat nearby, which was very helpful. Most importantly, they helped arrange a convenient and cost-effective transfer to another city.

Evening road noise at times

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Reasonable price. Relatively clean. They have an elevator, which is rare for apart hotels in Alanya. Wi-Fi working fine.

Some odor coming from sewer system. We had to cover the shower drain with a cloth. Room is rather worn down, needs renovation. The street is noisy. Motorcycles roaring all night. Breakfast is not available at all. Have to go somewhere else.

Room is ok, staff is friendly

Hard to sleep - room windows don't have much isolation, so you hear motorbikes and cars driving thru the street for the whole night.

Spotless cleaning , good location near the beach Excellent for spending the night if you are just passing through or doing activities

Hotel apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped and super clean. Reception staff was helpful and we were able to park opposite the hotel entrance for free. Swimming pool was great and we were only five minutes walk from the beach and the local restaurants.

A washing machine for hotel guests would be useful

No washing machine but one shop is near the hotel for cleaning Also no Resturant but also a lot of restaurants are very nearby.
