Sempati Apart Hotel

Otelin konumu harika. Odalarda iki klima olması büyük avantaj, mutfak ve banyo güzel bir şekilde yenilenmiş. Çalışan personele ilgileri için özellikle teşekkür ederim. Bir dahaki sefere tekrardan görüşmek dileğiyle.

I like smaller hotels which have a more personal touch. This is the 1st stay here due to my previous hotel choice being turned into residential apartments. Sempati has everything you need. Its 1 minute walk to beach, has plenty of local shops even closer. This hotel is within a turkish community who are so friendly and genuine people. The hotel itself is very clean and equipped with all the basics you need. The rooms are adequate size for self catering I mean how long do you want to sit in an apartment when your on holiday, we chose to eat out, that way eat what you want, when you want. This is a quiet spot but if you want livelier nightlife the harbour is a 20 min walk away. Sempati has free wifi in all area's of hotel, 24hr reception service, we will be coming back to this hotel again in September. Check out the rainfall shower and a rather hilarious parrot who certainly kept us entertained during the time we were there. I highly recommend this hotel, great staff, overall a lovely place.

A shortage of electric sockets and in awkward places. The kettle needed descaling had bits of lime scale at bottom of coffee cups when drank. The gorgeous shower tends to overflow on bathroom floor but shower mat is provided but gets soaked.

We were there at the end of September for two weeks. Family of two. We took a two-room room. Cozy, comfortable. High-quality cleaning and linen change every three days. We were satisfied, the kitchen corner was equipped sufficiently; what was missing, we asked for something additional. The refrigerator is large and good, air conditioners in every room (worked properly). 3-5 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. The street is quiet, nearby is an inexpensive cafe with local cuisine, a public garden with a children's playground. There is an elevator, we always used it. The staff is polite and attentive. We would like to express our special gratitude for finding the opportunity to accommodate us very early in the morning, after a long journey, without additional payment. Several supermarkets nearby, 5-15 minutes walk. I liked everything very much, thank you very much. We'll come again. We recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to use google translate to communicate with him. There was parking on the road close to the hotel.there is a kitchen with many things that we may need. There is a kettle and stove. It’s sleeps 3-4 people but we were two. The wifi was good. The price was good. We didn’t care about the location, we stayed overnight only and we had a car.

The building was easy to find and the check-in, check-out, easy to do. Good location, clean, modern and comfy apartment featuring a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a nice balcony (with table and chairs) and a free parking place. The elevator is a big plus. There are a lot of supermarkets close to the accomodation and it was very easy to prepare our own breakfasts (we enjoyed a lot to eat in the balcony). The price-quality ratio was very good.

Poor comunication with the personal of the hotel.

It was lovely and the staff were kind. We would stay there again as it was clean and comfortable.

The location is very good, right in Alanya, 200m away from the beach. The staff is friendly and the location is easy to find. There is also a small pool(we didn't use it).

The apartment was surface clean. There was a bad odor coming from the AC. The open space was more like an hallway and you could feel cigarettes smell. For one night spent there, it is passable.
