Palace Inn Suites Lincoln City

Hot tub didn’t work, exercise room either. Room was dirty, charged extra for our dog at check in even though we said we had a dog on booking. AC didn’t work and made a horrible noise when trying. People coming in and out all night using a rock to keep the door open. 240 for one night absolutely ridiculous!

Continental breakfast was only muffins and coffee. Beware!! No coffee in the ROOM! But the shower was the best ever! Bed was passing+. Incidentals was very lacking. And the maid cleaned our room and fresh towels!

Sorry, overall was poor from first impression in room - carpet torn and missing, stains around toilet, multiple attempts to get door key to work, staff response was less than happy.

Great room for the price. Continental breakfast was muffins which was a little disappointing. I would stay again.

The room was good and so was the bed…very quiet even on a weekend on the 4th floor!

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting and the smell was horrendous. Stains all over the walls, holes in the wall, mold. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out. It was absolutely horrible.

This hotel is absolutly horrible. The rooms smelled like mold and smoke. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund and of course they said no. On our way out another customer we talked to said they had a big blood stain on their mattres and of course no refund. I would mot recommend.

It was ok. I wasn’t expecting 4 star and it held to the 2 star. Needs some work

It was ok for one night stay and for the price.
