Palace Inn Suites Lincoln City

Bummer that the hot tub doesn't work and it doesn't seem they plan to fix it.

We went for our 21st Anniversary. It was nice, clean, in a great location. Noisy the1st night- We were right next to the elevator though. The second night was quiet. Great rates. Friendly staff.

Checking in was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Problem is WiFi does not work

there wasnt enough parking for handi cap in front

Signage on the property was outdated, not up-to-date as far as amenities that were available. Also, you can see that there is some wear and tear on the hotel and that things are not properly always maintained other than that. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist.

Bathroom, lighting and fan looked like they were 40 years old. The corners of the bathroom room had built up dirt., There were yellow splatter, stains on the edge of the bed cover, the sofa in the room felt kind of broken down when I sat on it and was covered with a loose fitting cover, pillows were worn out and cheap, the only good thing was the fact that I could open the sliding door to get fresh air, but there was no screen. Will not be going here again.

The workers were very nice and friendly. Sad that the pool ,spa and sauna was all not available but other wise great

Room had a slight urine smell. Bed was extremely hard

There was mold on the shower curtain, and a general unclenliness

I loved that it was convenient to places to eat, and the beach. People where very polite, helpful, and professional.
