Hotel Recour

Modern hotel with good in room facilities.

It is billed as being pet friendly but it isn’t. There was a £40 supplement charged for the dog. You should not be advertising an establishment as friendly when it isn’t. Reception was not manned in leaving.

Very stylish room and beautifully furnished hotel as a whole

Breakfast was good, location and parking good

There was too much clutter and furniture for our taste, in the room we stayed in. The bathroom had split doors that couldn’t be closed from the inside and really needed a complete refresh. This was in the older part of the hotel, had I paid a bit more attention to the details, I think I would have paid the extra and booked a more modern room

Beautiful property with an old world feel. We had a very warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic! We look forward to returning.

Loved the decor

Would have been nice to have separate shower, the room needed a little tlc, light switches dirty and broken wall bracket in the bathroom
