Arcadian Bed & Breakfast

The hosts are a very kind, accommodating couple. Everything is clean and comfy and the location is also really convenient and quiet. There's a mall nearby as well as a train station, with trains running regularly and taking you into the city center very fast.

Stayed five nights by myself after flying in from UK before my family arrived. Jeffrey was a friendly and charming host who cooked a different hot breakfast every morning. Location was perfect because it was so close to Warwick station, so easy to get into Perth city. Bedroom was great, with TV, kettle and microwave - nothing else needed! Would stay again if I come to Perth in the future.

The only thing that was not ideal was the room next door had their TV on quite loud one night until about midnight. Not Jeffrey's fault, but maybe guests need a reminder that sound can travel sometimes.

Host is super nice. The place is clean.

It could be loud during the night if guests arrive late. Breakfast is not good. No fruits, no yogurt, sometimes there is even no eggs.

The owner is friendly.

Temp was set at 26c.

Jeffrey was a great host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything you would need including air conditioning, fridge, microwave, toaster and a good shower with plenty of hot water and pressure.

Nothing! From the host to the beds and the facilities and the light coming from the window and the sense of safety and intimacy, it was all very disappointing.

I didn't like Jeff. He needs to understand that there's people who like to keep to themselves and not have a conversation. What truly shocked me was when one day he suddenly unlocked and open my room door when I was inside the room and I had put the "do not make my room" sign at the door!!! He said "oh I thought you were not in the room". Excuse me? Do you just come inside people's rooms randomly? Not only that, but the next morning after checkout, I was expecting to sit down in the living room for some time using my laptop, and he said no because they had to clean. He knew I had a flight at night and did not even offer to keep my luggage or any other alternative after one week staying at his place but "oh you will be waiting for a long time in the airport". He is all facade and people-pleasing. And please have a proper breakfast in place if people are paying for it! Not worth it at all (almost no fruit, just toast and cereal), and if you are vegetarian or vegan, forget about it.
