Great location, lots of history. Easy to get to sites and restaurants. Parking tower near by free on weekends Despite city location minimal city noise can be heard.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for us but everything else was great

Its location, the architectural features of the hotel, and its history.

The hotel needs a complete refresh. From the aged furniture in the room, to the musty odour of the carpet throughout the hotel, it is quite obvious that it has been neglected in terms of its maintenance.

Very homely, clean, historic and lived up to its reputation

The steps leading into the suite on the first floor. They seemed dangerous trying to hold the door open whilst getting in with a suitcase and not falling down the stairs
