"Good value, comfortable stay"

Comfortable bed, excellent shower, delicious breakfast friendly hosts.

Location convenient for Hobbiton, Waikomo Caves and Hamilton, but rather suburban. Our room had large windows, but onto parking area. We were surprised that there were no locks on bedroom door.
