Spean Bridge Hotel

The room set up was arse about face TV was next to the bed and Awkward to watch kettle was sat on top of a chest of draws and the Plug did not safely reach the socket I did not see evidence of PAT testing on appliances towel hanger in bathroom came off the wall when i tried to lift the towel I would say room needs updating. I should have taken photos. Sticky toffee pudding on menu was steamed sponge with golden syrup, food was not overpriced and was tasty but not properly described.

very dated and tired, rooms covered in pine. scaffolding outaide hotel has been there for 3 years. avoid. Bar is very poorly stocked with no atmosphere whatsoever. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want comfort and relaxation. if you need somewhere to stay on the North Coast 500 then eat in the Old Station Restaurant, its amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful

First appearance the hotel reception area was lovely, the bar and dining area all very clean the bedroom however was in need of a makeover, wooden cladding is in desperate need of a face-lift, window frame in need of a good clean

This hotel is very tired and a bit of a relic from a bygone age (not in a good way). That the staff were very friendly and helpful didn't really make up for a very dated experience in terms of the room and food. A particular annoyance was the exceptionally-bright status LED on one of the ceiling lights, which could not be turned off and basically lit the room all night to a level which made it hard to sleep.

Was adequate for our overnight stay, but room needs some TLC. Bathroom overdue an update, half of the room lights not working. Good Covid19 measures in place and allowed you to eat food in your room.

Very clean They put me in a separate building to the hotel.... very quiet.. Great fish and chips

is an ok hotel for the road and when on a budget. Breakfast was ok, the staff is very friendly.

Great location but the hotel is very tired. There is work on going so maybe that will be remedied. We stayed in a chalet at the beck of the hotel and it suited my needs perfectly - 1 night grab and run. Not sure more than two or three nights would be feasible

A one night stay to break journey home. I was pretty much the only guest as hotel not busy due to Covid. Room was clean, tidy and comfy. Staff friendly and good price. Food was good snd fast service.
