"Cute little boutique hotel in convenient location"

Lovely little boutique hotel, comfortable room and friendly staff. Very walkable location. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room but the breakfast staff let me take a coffee up to our room which was appreciated. Would recommend this hotel to other visitors.

"Great value gem in Lastarria"

Great service, stylish building, spacious room with a large balcony and view of the park. The location is central and perfect for walking around Lastarria and access to nearby neighborhoods like Barrio Italia, Barrio Brazil and Providencia.

"Perfect Location - Will Return!"

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. We had a fantastic experience! This is a former residence so you are actually staying in a big old house. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My husband got schooled on "cortado" coffee at breakfast, and he had a nice time talking with the young man who hosts the breakfasts. The location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! It is located just around the corner from a busy street so the noise level is low. But you are literally just a 3 minute walk to the main Lastarria "strip" with shops, restaurants, bars, street performers, street merchants, etc. But one thing that I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere is it's also a reasonable walk (maybe 10 minutes) to the funicular! That is a very cool thing to do because once you reach the top there is a lovely piano restaurant, coffee shop, and beautiful stone church. They were having mass while we were there. (Fantastic city views!!) Then you can walk past the church and go to the Teleferico which takes you to the other side of the city where you can go to the top of the largest building in South America, among other things. We spent our last day doing that and had a great time! We will return to Santiago someday and our plan is to stay in this same hotel.
