A truly wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Lastarria area of Santiago! This was our second visit to Santiago and the difference in our accommodation was huge (our last places as not so good!)... Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel is perfect in every way! You feel like you are staying in a grand old family home and made to feel just as welcome! Gabriel on the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty, organising for us a perfect day trip to the Maipo Valley for wine tasting, nothing seemed too much for him to do to help us. The room was perfect with a huge terrace, and breakfast was lovely too! Stay here when visiting Santiago, you won't be disappointed!

Gabriel was extremely helpful from even before our stay and everything was made very easy for us, including a trip to a nearby vineyard. The room was good size, well presented and we had our own private roof terrace and en-suite..all in all an excellent base when visiting Santiago with great staff. Thank you Gabriel and team.

A lovely stay! And great breakfast, friendly staff.and a great location , walking distance to restaurants & bars in an older interesting down town location .

Hotel pleasant and about 35 minutes from Santiago Airport. It has no restaurant so if you come later plan on going out or calling Uber eats for delivery. My Uber app worked fine.

A very well located hotel, just around the corner from the main restaurants and night life, whilst generally quiet for a good night's sleep (it got a bit more noisy at the weekend with lively students on the main road, but this didn't last long). We had a balcony, which was pleasant enough to sit out on, but there was construction opposite, so probably not currently at its best. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant, and there was an honesty box for any out of hours purchases, which was nice. However, we did need assistance for a cup of tea. It would have been nice to have tea-making facilities in the room. Overall, the room was a little bit tired (some might say rustic).

Unas instalaciones muy buenas (aunque un poco descuidadas en el primer piso). Magnífica piscina (y preciosa). Muy buena habitación, con un buen baño. El desayuno está bastante bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de muchos sitios de interés, sin estar en el centro de la acción.

A menos que lo solicites, no arreglan la habitación todos los días, lo cual es impensable para un hotel de este nivel y precio. Además, hacen una limpieza somera; no recogen botellas vacías o papeles. Y no ponen ammenities adicionales.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Food and service was great. Beautiful, clean, romantic rooms. Highly recommend!
