The location was close to many excellent restaurants. The courtyard was delightful- a little oasis that made you forget that you were even in a city

"gewoon maar zeker niet veilig"

-De medewerker die het ontbijt buffet-je bijstond was uitermate vriendelijk , behulpzaam en correct. -de heel jonge " job"(?) studenten aan de receptie deden prima hun best en waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam -bij welkom op de kamer : een fles water, flesje wijn , chocolade en pralines. Er werd geen volgende fles water aangeboden. Ik verkies dagelijks voldoende vers water ipv wijn met chocolade... -onze kamer gaf uit op de tuin en was bijgevolg erg rustig -de Airco werkte perfect en was uitermate stil !

-ik hoop dat er nooit brand uitbreekt. De trap vanaf de eerste etage is immers een houten trap.....ik heb geen nood-trap binnen of buiten kunnen spotten. Ook geen of onvoldoende rookmelders -het waterbassin/zwembad is niet onderhouden -De kamer was gemeubileerd met vintage houten meubelen ! -de houten vloer kraakte ontzettend. -het bed was opgemaakt met " losse" lakens die snel loskomen en dan zo flodderen rond de matras , na 1 slaapbeurt geeft dat dan zo'n slordig gevoel -de inhoud van de " dons " was geklit in proppen.

The location is excellent, the staff helpful and friendly, my room was lovely and the breakfast was great. I was also upgraded to a bigger room, which was unexpected and generous.
