Breakfast was very good and included eggs and bacon to order. Location was very good. Staff was very accommodating.

A dog barked constantly the first night which kept us awake. I can’t really fault the hotel though.

The hotel is in a nice location. The manager and staff were friendly and responsive. The terrace & garden were nice.

Cleanliness could have been improved, with the lobby needing dusted, stains on the bed comforter and curtains - pretty easy fixes.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at Casa Bueras. The area was super walkable and had quick access to the public transit. The staff was kind and helpful. The space was very clean and comfortable and we were lucky to have our own patio with city views

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is ideally located to roam around the streets of Lastarria, with the many bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, rooms and bathroom nice size and comfortable, Breakfast is ok, offering normal cold food and eggs cooked to order. There is an honesty bar which is great for a cold drink when returning back from a day sightseeing seeing. There is an outside area and a pool, however this area could be so much better if the trees/plants were cut back more and the patio area tidied up, yes we sat in the area - but could be so much better. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and the staff especially on reception very very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel and experience. We arrived late at night and were still provided with much needed wine! Every single person on the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was such a gorgeous retreat, and the artistic neighborhood with wonderful shops and restaurants is right around the corner. Highly highly recommended.

Actually app expanded so I couldn’t hit 5! So it was really excellent. Great location, excellent staff, large bathroom. Recommend patio room. Lovely breakfast overlooking sweet pool definitely 5 stars
