"The staff were lovely but they only have so much to work with."

This hotel was a delight! The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was excellent, easy walking distance from most areas of interest. The room was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago!

"Bad experience , high price ."

Bad experience , the price is high and no service . Room : old , windows doesn’t really closed , you can here everything from outside , bathroom moldy , AC doesn’t work well . Swimming pool : the deckchair old , and the grass around the swimming pool smell very bad , «  you don’t want to chill there » During one night I could not sleep , a dog did bark during all night . The only good point : location . I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. Never again

"Superb stay, perfect location"

A wonderful little hotel perfectly located in Lastarria for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Staff were super helpful and accommodating to requests. The pool is a perfect oasis after touristing in the summer heat. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, elegant rooms, breakfast terrace a hidden, calm oasis but most of all, the hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and seemed very happy to be helpful.
