FCC Phnom Penh Boutique Hotel

Very nice in every way. Loved the view of the river and right next to the palace.

The hotel room was nice but it is very close the main road and the other tourist activity aread. Whilst the bed and the room was comfortable, the room is far too noisy for a normal habitation. The noise from The streets comes straight through the windows. The room was large and the bath was large. They were also reasonable quality.

Central, clean, incredibly friendly, every tuk-tuk driver knows it (which is a blessing) and the absolute best place to have an afternoon cocktail.

Despite reading negative reviews this was a great stay. Some people just whinge at anything. The room was great, the FCC bar and restaurant was fantastic! I great oasis in I busy tough city.

This is a great choice. Staff was friendly and helpful, drinks and dining were good. Great atmosphere.

Charming French colonial building with excellent rooms looking over the Mekong or temples at the back. I am very fond of this place as a haven away from PP's occasional madness. Ill definitely return.

Hotel couldn't be more central, and on the floor above your room you have one of the best Bars and Restaurant in town, Great Breakfast, Friendly service, beautifully furnished rooms in local style, and the balcony with a view of the river was a great bonus, Clean, Large bathroom.Well sized room.Very enjoyable stay.

Great location in Siem Reap. given this is Cambodia, and a provincial town, this is a great hotel.

Hotel is nicely located on the riverfront but is quite dated & dilapidated with lots of odd quirks. No elevator, steep stairs. Restaurant poor & high priced for the area.

Honestly, the FCC is better as a restaurant than a boutique hotel. The 'hidden' reception behind the staircase, the 'welcome drink' (receptionist took a plastic jug from a mini fridge behind the desk and served it right there) and 'cold towels' (we were handed two frozen towels we couldn't even use) were enough for a first impression. The room was clean and spacious but if you want to use the phone to make a local call you have to go through the operator who can't even connect calls to the room. I think there are much better places to stay right around the corner. The breakfast was good, service a bit lacking. Perhaps the staff were busy cleaning the place for their lunch crowd? The FCC restaurant is a great place for a lunch, dinner or afternoon drinks overlooking the river and the promenade... the hotel? Pass.
