Lovely property in a perfect location. Enjoyed the facilities after a day of skiing! Spacious. Only thing missing was house keeping. Not every day but 1-2 times during the week would have been great.

Overall, the hotel did not feel five star based on North American standards. It was certainly nice but not five star. Upon arrival the room seemed. A little dirty (floor and stained blanket) and in need of maintenance. (Lightbulbs in both bedrooms need to be replaced and the safe did not work). During the day we never received any information on replacement linens and towels or cleaning and had fo ask for new towels. The bed could’ve been more comfortable, and the shower was unreliable in terms of steady temperature and leaking water. It was nice to have a kitchen, but it was lacking some essentials. We had to buy paper towels and toilet paper from the grocery store. The spa was nice, but the hours were limited, and the lockers did not work and some of the showers did not work. Just want to reiterate that it was a very nice apartment hotel. It just was not five star as advertised. The staff, particularly the woman who workss at The front desk with glasses was very nice and very helpful at all times.

As a 5 start this lacked a couple of stars! Firstly the we arrived at 1pm and were told we would be called when the apartment was ready - we were not called. The apartment lacked storage, particularly in the bathroom therefore we had to put most of our cosmetic bags on the floor, which was frustrating as the shower always leaked! The second bedroom didn’t have a toilet… we missed this! The kitchen had minimal equipment / utensils and all the knives were blunt! The extra bed we paid for (nearly 300 euros) wouldn’t fit in our room so my 5 year old had to sleep with us or effectively in the corridor where the spare toilet was! Total waste of money, as our child then slept in our bed for the week. The sauna was broken on the first 4 days. As soon as this was fixed, the steam room broke, so at no point in the week were either working. The trolleys for the linen were always stacked up along our corridor, which just felt messy. The cantilever light in the kitchen also looked like it’s about to fall off the ceiling!

There were some small details like the balcony door that wasn't closing perfectly and because of that in the living room was always cold but these are just details.

This apartment hotel is one of our favorites in Val Thorens is in an excellent location with true ski in /ski out The apartment was charming and comfortable. The Pool was very useful after skiing.

beds were on the soft side. The exit from the Ski room is not easy for beginners.

The ski-in/ski-out was good and the location was ideal. The apartment was spacious too and the spa was very nice.

The WiFi was terrible and there were no sharp knives. For a five star resort, it would have been nice for the apartment to have been serviced at least once in the week.

Spacious & modern apartment for a family compared with the usual apartments in the Trois Vallees. The Spa is a great attribute & the ski in- ski- out location towards the bottom of the main piste area is great for getting away from the crowds at the lifts first thing. It is also at the quieter end of town but still an easy walk from restaurants & bars with plenty on the doorstep too. There is a supermarket pretty much opposite too.

It is an apartment block rather than an aparthotel so there is no communal lounge or bar area for groups who have come away together apart from a tiny reception area. There are lots of other places around the property to go instead though so there are alternatives.
