Location, apartment and spar.

Great location. Ski in ski out fantastic. Boot room always clean and safe Safe parking - booked in advance Good size for 4 adults however second bedroom quite small. 2 bathrooms was good Cooking facilities fine for the week Bedrooms clean and fresh bedding Accommodation was safe. Local shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful in providing more glasses, mugs and toilet roll.

I wouldn’t call it 5 star. Not serviced at all during the stay. We had to put out our own bins, ask for new towels half way through the week and we were asked to clean the kitchen prior to leaving our accommodation. Not something you tend to expect from a hotel. We had to clean the kitchen and floor in the main area as soon as we arrived as it was visibly dirty. Considering what we paid seems a bit weird. Pillows not very comfortable - ask for different ones at reception or bring your own.

We loved the location and ski in/out. We had a friendly welcome.

The heat in the room was too hot and could not turn down the heat. At check out, they stated they could have turned down the temperature in the room.

- Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, big living room. - Ski in/ski out, the exit form the locker room was literally on the slope which is amazing! - Starter kit for the kitchen was enough for a whole week. - Wi-Fi was working fine.

- It would be nice to have a breakfast option available in the hotel, although I understand it is an apart hotel. - Not enough toilet paper and gel shower/shampoo for the whole stay.
