We have booked room for 3 adults but not provided with extra bed & blankets. Lift was not working for half an hour. Emergency area lift was not working. Check out was slow. Only one person was handling check in check out so over experience was not satisfactory

"Below-par experience"

Really Bad management - missing reservation even though confirmation number and email shown, lack of consensus among them, front desk gave the wrong keys for the wrong room, team very incompetent in getting back on certain queries - 4 calls made in a day and was told they would call back but never heard from them, existing stains on carpet and couch.

Good Hotel. We have been to pune for one day during our official trip and stayed there. All facilities like Morning Breakfast, Swimming pool etc. are good. Satisfied.

"Rude Staff at Reception. Rm Service terrible"

They say they are five star category, but nothing matches the same. Bathroom needs renovations as faucet of basin water flows at the edge of sink which makes difficult to wash your hand. Also many fittings used to come out. Room cleaning - every time we had to remind regarding the towels and hand towels or floor mat. Staff at reception very rude and ya make sure you keep the recording of the talk you have with this staff as they change their statement. Staff totally not helping and courteous except for the gate entrance and security.
