very strict for guest visit, desk phone not attending.. drivers rooms are unhygienic

We were allowed early check in, it was a big relief Housekeeping staff Anil and some girl did good job. Food was good, but few items from menu were not available. Breakfast should be allowed till 10:30am.

Good four star hotel , ambience and rooms. Off the Mumbai- Bangalore highway, easily accesible for transit during travel .

Old property well maintained Lot more could be done

The rooms here are really good! But the service is really poor. The only competent people in the entire hotel are 2-3 front desk staff and 2-3 house keeping staff and the person that greets you at the door with the biggest most genuine smile I have seen in the entire hotel. Everyone else has an air to them which says I'm doing you a favor. 1. I had prepaid for my entire stay (9 nights) and despite this the Hotel asked me to pay a deposit when I checked in so that my charges there can be posted on the room. Otherwise, they treat you like you'll run away without paying and have you pay for each and everything then and there. This was done for me but not my colleagues who booked through a different website and had not prepaid for the hotel. 2. The people who serve and get you a place in the restaurant Boulevard have not once done anything right. It is a tussle everyday to get anything. Not a single smile or wish good morning during my entire stay there. Plus the food is below average (definitely not worth the money being charged). In addition, my first night there, the waiter made a mistake and said the food bill can be charged to my room, but then because of this hotel's strange policy, realized he couldn't and he made his way at 11 in the night to my room to have this bill settled. Despite all this, I will still vouch for the rooms, they are spacious, clean and comfortable. P.S The reply to this will be a copy paste from other reviews, and I doubt there be any improvements
