Elia Fatma Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was very good and the woman taking care of the breakfast was pleasant. The location is good with great restaurants/shops nearby.

Management could have been more attentive - we asked for additional espresso in the room, and were told that it was only provided the first night. Asked if we could purchase more from the hotel, and were told "Yes," and manager asked how many we would like, but I guess he thought it would be too much trouble, and changed his mind - he told us we would just need to get our coffee at breakfast!

The location is perfect , the staff is very helpful , the room is clean and specious . Elia Hotels is my favourite place in chania , this was my 7th stay in their hotels

We arrived on a short trip to beautiful Chania. As we came in late at night, we were informed that the front desk is located nearby at Elia Zampeliou Hotel and it is open 24 hours daily. The hotel has a front desk as you could see in the picture but it is just for decoration. This firm has various hotels in the Old City nearby so I guess it is more economical to them having one reception desk. The hotel and the rooms are excellent in a great location, with 2 friendly ladies in charge of cleaning, and preparing great breakfast. On our last day, we approached the front desk to book a Taxi to the airport and keep our language while still touring the town, and when we got back to the reception to pick up the gear and get instructions on how to reach the driver (no cars can enter this part of the city so we need instruction how to reach the meeting point), to our great disappointment, the font desk was closed! we waited half an hour trying to call the numbers we had with no success. Eventually, we communicated with Wattsapp but didn't like the excesses of No Front Desk services, and as they gave us the entry code we took off our gear and went to find our way to the airport not to miss our flight. We will surely arrive again in Chania for a longer stay but never use this firm again! Only a hotel with Front Desk services not just collects the payment upon arrival but gives services when the customers are leaving.

Small hotel in one of the narrow streets of the old town, very central but not too noisy. I travelled alone, and felt very much at home in my comfortable room with a cute balcony. Great breakfast!

The breakfast is excellent. The reception is very nice. The location is perfect.

The staff were fantastic. Antoni and Despina were extremely helpful. We changed hotels after the first night because our A/C wasn’t working. The breakfast is top notch! Location was central to everything.

There was no fresh air supply in the room as all the windows opened into the enclosed courtyard. Therefore, the air was very stale in the room.

Right in the heart of Chania's old quarter and (literally) a stone's throw from th harbour, this is the perfect base for enjoying this beautiful place and exploring its surroundings. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with the added bonus of a private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular. And the people were unfailingly friendly and helpful. All in all, a delightful experience.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had breakfast here every morning throughout our stay at Hania. It was a fantastic experience, big variety of freshly prepared products and Gianna at the service is one of the best people at the job we have ever met. Lots of love from the whole family x
