"Good comfortable stay, but they should have onsite reception for the price"

Comfy bed, lovely room, nice breakfast, great position, roof top area nice

No reception in hotel so had to keep going to nearby hotel to talk to reception with issues Alarm in lobby kept going off, eventually found to be due someone pulling cord in a bathroom, although no notice for what cord was for (? mistaken for extractor) No instructions for coffee machine and no milk sachets. No cushions for loungers on balcony Site suggested a 'spa' but no mention of this we could find

A charming small boutique hotel in a perfect central location of the old city of Chania. Spacious room, with comfort design Kind and helpful staff

A smell of moisture covered the room's atmosphere. The air conditioner was not working properly. The bathrobe was very tired. The interior design is a bit outdated (the wall color - vivid pink - is tiring for the eyes

Location is amazing.

Although there is a bed in upper loft and a pull out sofa down stairs, there is no privacy to it. So it is not like having two rooms.
