Westgrove Hotel

Good location, staff helpful and friendly, was a bit warm without air con but staff provided us with two fans. Good sized towels. Only criticism is the pillows are not very comfortable!

Check in was quick and efficient. The staircase at the entrance was fabulous. We had a room on the second floor and it was really nice and spacious. The leisure center was really good. The bar was comfortable as I watched a football match and breakfast was very good. Staff in all areas were very friendly and pleasant.excellent hotel and great value

Location, room size and price. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

No shower gel or shampoo in showers at leisure centre. Breakfast was very bad, requested tea numerous times, ordered pancakes for my daughter, never arrived. Hot food options the worst I’ve seen in any hotel, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. Terrible cheap no taste sausages, food barely hot.

Well designed, comfortable place. Spacious room and good bed.

Pool changing rooms were a bit neglected and grubby which was a shame and the breakfast was a bit lacking. Staff v busy, ok cooked food but had been sitting a while and eggs hard… shame
