Apartmani Znjan

Apartment was situated in a great area, easy to get into town and to the beach. The owner was lively and met us earlier than check in time and gave us tips on how to get around and where to eat. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed.

2 kamers gehad: de eerste prima. Voorkant gebouw met uitzicht op zee en ruim terras. De tweede slecht. Ligt onder in de kelder met soms benzinedampen van de gratis parkeergarage op de gang. De tweede: geen internet en permanente schemering en uitzicht op een muur. Niet geschikt voor verhuur. Desa die ons ontvangt is prima en behulpzaam. Het gebouw staat er al dik tien jaar maar de omgeving is nog steeds een zooitje. Slechte toegangsweg, puin en afval in omgeving. Gewoon treurig. Het strand is vaak overvol en de scherpe kiezelsteentjes zijn geen pretje. Waterschoentjes zijn bijna een must als je wilt zwemmen. De beachbarretjes zijn OK en parkeren en ligbedden zijn gratis. Het strand ligt op loopafstand maar vergt wel een aardige klim. De bushalte naar Split is in de buurt maar de laatste bus terug vertrekt al om elf uur. Split is leuk en in de historische binnenstad kun je goed eten bij Bokaria. Als je van kunst houdt is het Gallerie/Museum Mesterovic een must. Vergeet ook niet het bijbehorende kerkje 300 meter verderop te zoeken. Zit in de prijs van het ticket. Prachtig houtsnijwerk van de meester. Ga vroeg en neem je zwemspullen mee want tussen museum en kerkje ligt een leuk strand, minder druk dan Znjan tegenover het appartement. in de buurt van Znjan kun je lekker eten bij het betaalbare Dalmatino, een restaurant waar je vanuit Znjan opkijkt maar via een omweg bereikt. Probeer zeker de garnalenpate. Kortom: Split is leuk, Znjan geen aanrader en Desa, gastvrouw een topper.

Great apartment, we were upgraded into a larger one due to demand and it was brilliant. The distance to the beach was fantastic apart from the fact that there is a very steep hill down/up but that cannot be helped. Staff extremely helpful and allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in time. Definitely recommend

Lovely clean room with parking and a fridge. Basic and reasonably priced. Well located to get in to town and walkable to beach and bars/restaurants. The host was lovely, gave great local information and could organise excursions if wanted. No wifi and no credit card facilities so have to pay in cash (euros or Kuna).

Although the interior of the apartment is spacious and clean, i was somewhat disappointed by my stay here. Firstly it is very difficult to find, being hidden behind other large blocks of flats. On arrival I had to wait on the doorstep for quite a while before the host came down. I read of magnificent views in other reviews but in fact there are several other ugly high rise blocks between you and the sea and some building work going on so I wasn't that impressed with the view from the balcony. Within the apartment, the bed was comfy, there was plenty of room and a nice balcony. the kitchen wasn't great as it was very limited - there is only 2 hotplates to cook on. The shower was a handheld in the bath. The beach was a healthy walk away and was not that great - pebble beach (as is usual all over Croatia) with lots of noisy bars/cafes/fast food and surrounded by ugly buildings. The host was pleasant but it was inconvenient not to have anyone available to ask questions of, after the initial welcome Getting into town was relatively easy by local bus (15 mins/11Kuna)

Super appartement tres bien situé, propre, bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire (elle nous a données toutes les infos necessaire sur les environs) Le bus est en bas de l'appartement, bar et restaurant et plage a 5 minutes, vue sur la mer de l'appartement = magnifique!

Super séjour super ville. Le seul léger bémol dans l appartement : pas de wifi et la vue du balcon. Sinon, il est très bien placé par rapport à la plage et à 10 mn de voiture jusqu'au centre ville en gros.

I would like to take this apartment everywhere I go because it is just perfect for a Family of Four. Very nice staff.
