Sem internet. O estacionamento é na verdade um espaço na rua, a céu aberto. A agua quente acaba em 5 min, o resto do banho é frio. Super difícil de localização. Sem recepção.

was so nice and the owners were wonderful and it was only 10mins to the main city, it was right by the beach had an amazing restaurant around the corner

We had a superior appartment on the top floor of the block. About 25sqm studio floor space , and a hallway and bathroom. Also 25sqm balcony with loungers and table/chairs for 4 people although usually the studio has only a king bed. Views are magnificent of the sea and island of Brac. Has a good blind system so well covered if required during the day. Water becomes 6 feet deep within a few yards out from the beach. Appartment has its own lock up garage ( free) in the basement although the entrance to the basement is tight and suits smaller vehicle entry. From the basement, the elevator takes you 3 floors up then you have to walk up about 20 steps so no good for wheelchair users etc. Appartment comfortable and some effort has been made by the owner to create an appealing ambience to the accomodation. No microwave or oven but has a 2 plate electric stove .Equipment could be a little better,( no teaspoons found for instance) but overall has enough to create simple meals with 2-3 saucepans etc.There is no hot water supply to the kitchen or bathroom basin taps. There is a large water heater on 24 hours in the bathroom but this supplies the shower only. To wash dishes etc, you need to boil a kettle or carry water through from the supply in the bathroom.The owners live next door and were very friendly and helpful.Across from the Police Station you can catch the number 8 and/or number 15 bus into the centre of Split.

stayed for one night before taking car ferry to Hvar. the place was difficult to find. apt was nice and clean.

Amazing view, very nice owners, quiet area, close to the beach

Really enjoyed the stay at Apartmani Znjan. Service was faultless and appreciated the fact that they made contact as soon as booking was made to enquire about arrival details and offer assistance. The hosts spoke English well, provided helpful advice and picked us up from the bus station for €10 and kindly waited there for ages as our bus was nearly one hour late ( it is about 10-15 mins drive from Split centre to the apartments so taxi or transfer is required). The apartment was spotless and very well appointed with good air con & wifi connection. The huge private balcony/terrace has a terrific sea view and overlooks the beach. Whilst a 15 minute bus ride is required to get to the centre of Split, for those happy to stay a little further from the action and enjoy the lovely Znjan pebble beach (2 minutes walk away) before their island hopping, this apartment offers a great experience and I strongly recommend it.

Great price, the room was very, very clean. She offered spare duvets and the room was laid out nicely. Spacious, good shower and most of all, a LOVELY host.

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped apartment with large private terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea, complete with outdoor table and chairs plus comfortable deckchairs. Apartment consists of an entry hall, good bathroom with shower over the bath and large room with bed at one end, kitchen in the other corner with breakfast bar and stools, and tv, music system, couch and coffee table. There are 2 double doors onto the deck, also aircon if needed. Nicely decorated with interesting pieces but not cluttered and plenty of cupboard space. The hosts are a young family living on site, very warm, welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. There is a lift but it is necessary to climb one short flight of stairs. Our host kindly carried our luggage after picking us up from the train station for a small extra charge, for which we were very grateful. Good free fast wi-fi once we entered the lengthy password. We loved this apartment and didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.
