The room we stayed in was not the room we booked, although it was a better one. It was very spacious and had a nice patio out the back. It was nothing fancy, but it was pleasant. The internet connection was spotty, as the router was located 3 floors above us, but it eventually worked. The owner was friendly and accommodating.
