Just home after another wonderful stay at the Riviera Beach .. this Hotel just keeps on getting better !! We were nervous around visiting for St Patricks Day .. Yes the Hotel and terrace were busy .. but the Vibe was unbelievable .. just full of guests enjoying themselves and having Fun .. Thank you Riviera Beach for once again hosting to the highest standards .. From Reception to Housekeeping .. The Terrace Staff to the Cabaret Bar .. not forgetting Mohammed and his delightful Restaurant Team who were just the Best .

Second time staying at this hotel so knew the standard and very pleased.

Wow what a place check in lady was amazing room spotless and great shower , towels changed and bedding every day if wanted .The food was best ever had at a hotel so much choice and quality food , think I put half stone on , terrace bar great fantastic prices and suntrap .The riviera music lounge was great as well great acts and again great prices deffo be back .Right near shops bars and local amenities

Anyone not giving this small but perfectly formed little gem 5 stars needs something to flippin moan about!!! We have stayed in Riviera too many times to count and would 100% book again without hesitation, in fact hubby is going back in September with the "boys" (he's the youngest at 59!) Yes the terrace gets busy with non residents but that's because of how popular it is to everyone, remember you are in Benidorm not a place renowned for it's peace and quiet! Everything about the hotel is just spot on, we have been coming to Benidorm for the last 25 years and once we found this hotel we haven't stayed elsewhere, we have absolutely no complaints at all. I've got to say our favorite meal time was breakfast, the best proper bacon ever and naughty fried bread, you will definitely not go hungry and don't get me on about the ice cream O.M.G so lovely.

Our 3rd stay here, always enjoyable. The staff are all lovely & give excellent service in restaurant, outdoor bar & reception. Good excellent quality & choice much better than many 4 stars we have stayed.

Wow! What a fabulous hotel. Arrived half 10 in the morning sat in the sunshine for an hour whilst they got our room ready. The hotel front bar is a fantastic sun trap, much so that other people come and drink there with great music playing in The background. Hubby and I like the buckets of corona to share 10 euros for five cold bottles with slice of lime lovely ! Next the food , probably the best food we have ever had in the whole of Benidorm and we have been here loads of times, the roast beef and yorkshires were amazing , salads lovely show cooking fab ! I don’t eat desserts but my hubby said they were great ! Lovely restaurant proper table clothes napkins adults only hotel so lovely and relaxing to dine . The best were the staff they could see one day I needed a knife I didnt even have to ask they gave me a knife and a napkin they were so attentive. My hubby and I said the staff were like a family so happy and respectful to us especially the lovely waiter Eyler , he knew I was trying to learn Spanish and he helped me by speaking in simple sentences in Spanish and telling me what they meant . He was so lovely and funny and very very pleasant . Room was spotless, beds comfy , great walk in rain shower very powerful, missing it already. We stayed in room 307 our maid was lovely she always waited for us to come out to clean, was never knocking the door cleaned every day , clean towels every day too . Food was so good we only ate out once an that was at the Indian restaurant Kathmandu which was very nice . Also watched greatest showman at the Philippines club underneath the Presidente hotel which is just around the corner. Saw the Beatles tribute at the palladium they were great ! Location of this hotel is great. Central to Morgan’s and the ambassador hotel. But don’t need to move really as they have their own wonderful relaxing entertainment club downstairs ,which in my opinion is better than anywhere else . Get waited on and watch act after act its a great room. Great atmosphere and great acts. So basically this hotel has everything . Plenty of live entertainment everywhere. We can’t wait to return to the riviera beach big shout to your fab staff at this great hotel missing you already !

Unlike it states on it’s website, this is not a place of tranquility and peace, if you like peace and quiet and somewhere to relax the outside terrace is not for those who don’t like very loud music, where you have to shout to have a conversation with your partner, the volume level is so loud you can hardly hear yourself think, also you might be lucky to find a seat as most of area is taken by people from outside the hotel Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and if you’re on a budget holiday and don’t mind the hustle and bustle, then the hotel is ok The food choices are not brilliant, and the quality not that great which is very disappointing, if you like a full English for breakfast then it’s ok, limited choice if you don’t Evening meals are basic, chicken or fish, not a great choice on vegetables, desserts are very basic choices as well However most of the evening entertainment is good standard
