Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

We booked a package holiday through Jet2.com. We had a twin room on the 4th floor with shower only as requested and it was very spacious, light, with a good size balcony, great storage, tea and coffee making facilities and quite a large TV with many British channels. The room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. We booked full board and the food was excellent. Buffet style and the choice of dishes was exceptional. Always plenty of food and the hot food was hot, not lukewarm as it can be in places. We were very satisfied with the service of dining staff who gave 110% 😀. We would certainly return to The Riviera Beach hotel as it was great value for money and would definitely recommend it to others. Please be aware....this is an "Adults Only" hotel. Aged 16 and over.

The Riviera Terrace had to be THE place to go every day . Perfect sun trap , great food and amazing staff who work harder and more efficiently than any other staff in Benidorm. Big shout out to especially Luciano and Jairo who are absolutely amazing and work tirelessly , five star awards to them , this is the place to be . Thankyou to all the staff here , you are amazing.

1st time defo return stayed lots in Beni over Xmas an new year best hotel we have stayed for food and friendliness of staff. Stayed in presidente, there sis hotel Oct told I was gluten but they wasn't bothered at all but here omg I cud eat almost everything I was not bad at all,the restaurant staff an the manager was so so helpful won't go nowhere else. Rooms was very clean all in all wish we would of gone all those years ago. There was no fishy new year's eve menu let's face it there are alot of English who like there food we had lamb beef etc proper mash free bar nye just everything was perfect. A big big thankyou to you all. See you soon

My brother and I stayed at the Riviera Beachotel from 29th December to celebrate the New Year for the first time. We’ve stayed at this hotel since 2012 and have celebrated Christmas a few times. As usual we were not disappointed. The staff in all departments worked really hard to make sure that everyone had a great time. The hotel is spotless and the food is delicious. We have booked our next holiday and look forward to returning to the Riviera Beachotel in September for our next stay. Keep up the good work. You’re all doing a fantastic job.

I stayed 18/12 until 28/12. We had room 812 which was spotlessly clean. Check in was efficient and friendly, the terrace bar staff were great, the restaurant team cannot do enough for you. The food was varied and top quality. Christmas day weather was horrendous, but the staff made it memorable. Canapes in the morning, followed by all the staff performing a Spanish song and dancing. Xmas dinner was excellent, followed by a good evenings entertainment in the music Lounge below the hotel. Staff in the music Lounge are chatty and efficient, and Mr Cheapy Cheapy is a unique character. All in all, another great holiday at this cracking hotel. Thank you!

CHRISTMAS 2025 we've just spent a week at Christmas at the Riviera, 20/12 - 27/12 and it was fabulous. From reception , front terrace ,all the way through the cleanliness is second to none. This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever seen in every department . A very welcoming lady on reception checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our 2 rooms were nxt door to each other which was perfect as one member was a lone occupant ( 306 , 308 ) . Beds were so comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Credit to the cleaning staff. Christmas eve we received, hand delivered ,a programme of Christmas day a card and a box of Lindt Chocs, what a lovely touch. Christmas day was absolutely outstanding. Drinks n nibbles to start , music playing , santa 😃 and the staff put an excellent little show on , dancing and singing. The Christmas lunch was perfect . Shown to your seat quickly. So much top quality food we couldn't fault a thing . The head waiter in the restaurant is fantastic and runs a very organised operation and still all staff are so friendly.
